Wardrobe Therapy Tip #1 Get a good night’s sleep.

Okay so we have all heard that one before, but it’s true, and the speech-language pathologist in me wants to back up this statement with empirical evidence, (see Linde, L. and Bergstrom, M. The effect of one night without sleep on problem-solving and immediate recall. Psychol. Res., 1992, 54: 127-136).

This bears repeating people: One night of sleep loss impairs problem-solving, immediate recall, innovative thinking and flexible decision making! Really? Now how are we supposed to get dressed in the morning!?
